ERP & business automation
Tailored business software that connects purchasing, stock, orders, invoices and the people responsible for each step. Start with one expensive bottleneck and build from there.
Less copying. Clearer handoffs. Better control.
- Purchasing & approval workflows
- Inventory & warehouse processes
- Orders, invoices & collections
- Accounting & system integrations
- Role-based tasks & exception queues
- Operational dashboards & reporting
Scope, equipment, integrations and support are confirmed in your proposal.
Follow the work, not a feature checklist
We map an order from the first request through purchasing, stock, fulfillment and collection. That reveals where staff copy information, wait for an approval or lose track of an exception. Your first release targets the steps with a clear owner and a measurable result.
Connect the systems worth keeping
An ERP project can extend your existing accounting, ordering or inventory systems instead of replacing them all. We review available APIs and exports, identify the system responsible for each record and define how duplicates and failures will be handled. Integration availability and third-party costs are confirmed during discovery.
Measure the improvement in everyday terms
Before building, we record the time spent on the selected workflow, common errors and the backlog it creates. After launch, your team can compare those same measures. Reduced admin time, fewer missed handoffs and better visibility are goals to measure against your baseline, not a guaranteed profit figure.
A few practical questions.
Is a complete ERP included with the POS?
No. Syp OS includes its store-management features. ERP, cross-system workflows and custom integrations are separately scoped projects, with their own delivery plan and costs.
Do we need to replace our accounting system?
Not necessarily. We first check the interfaces and permissions of your existing system. A focused connection may be more useful than a replacement.
Can agents help with operations?
Syp OS has an authenticated API-key MCP interface for supported operations. Agent workflows need explicit permissions, review rules and an agreed scope. External AI providers are not a bundled platform feature.
