Built around the people at the counter

Syp OS keeps the basket, quantities and checkout actions in view. Cashiers sign in with a staff PIN on an enrolled terminal, find products by barcode or SKU, hold a sale and return to it later. Cash checkout, cash shifts and full cash refunds keep everyday work clear. Payment-processor integration is a separate delivery item; card processing is not currently built into Syp OS.

Give the owner a useful view of the business

The owner web workspace brings together product records, inventory, receiving, customer and loyalty records, invoices, cash collections and reporting. Use CSV imports and catalog selection to prepare your own assortment, then check prices, opening stock and taxes before going live. Staff roles and location access keep the right tools with the right people.

Make setup part of the product

A guided setup helps owners prepare store details, tax rules, staff and their first terminal. Receipt layouts can be customized for the selected format. Hardware is checked against the intended Android device, scanner and system-printing workflow. Direct printer and drawer integrations, customer-facing displays and offline checkout require separate development and are not included as current platform features.

A few practical questions.

What runs on Android, and what runs on the web?

Cashiers use the Syp OS Android register. Store owners use a separate web workspace for setup and management. Both connect to the same store platform.

Can I take integrated card payments or sell offline?

The current Syp OS checkout supports cash. Integrated payment processing and offline checkout are not yet included. We define the payment and connectivity requirements before agreeing a rollout.

Is this the SypNSave product?

Syp OS is the point-of-sale platform by Syp Tech. SypNSave is our liquor retail brand. The business proposal identifies the actual software, equipment and services for your store.
