Make it easier for nearby customers to find you
Start with the information a customer needs: what you offer, where you are, when you are open and what to do next. We can review your website, business listings, service pages and search foundations, then prioritize gaps. Search visibility depends on many factors; no ranking position is promised.
Make each campaign useful to the customer
A seasonal promotion, a new product or a reason to return can be a clear campaign brief. We plan the audience, message, creative and destination together. Email and SMS require an agreed consent process and a compatible sending provider. Platform fees, media spend and ongoing creative responsibilities are identified separately.
Look beyond clicks
We agree what a useful response means for your business: an inquiry, an order, a repeat visit or another measurable action. Reporting should show what was spent, what happened and what to change next. Where sales attribution is possible, we define it; where it is incomplete, the report should say so.
A few practical questions.
Is a marketing automation app built into Syp OS?
Syp OS includes customer and loyalty records. Campaign delivery, advertising, email and SMS automation are tailored services using agreed tools and integrations; they are not currently a built-in campaign product.
Are advertising and messaging fees included?
Your proposal separates service fees from advertising budgets, messaging charges and third-party subscriptions so you can see the full cost.
Do you guarantee sales growth?
No. We agree a baseline, campaign goals and a review process so decisions are based on actual results.
